Description: To reach the monument from SR.101 and Bell, travel westbound on Bell for 0.8 miles to 91st Ave, thence go south on 91st Ave for 1 mile to monument on the west of road. Monument is a scribed X on concrete on canal bridge deck. Approximately 4ft off chain link fence.
