Located alongside the tracks in a converted boxcar, this museum is named after the former Yukon's Best flour mill directly across the street.

The Yukon's Best Railroad Museum is located in CRI&P boxcar #5542 on West Main Street (Route 66) and N. 3rd in downtown Yukon. Double doors have been added to the side of the car for entry to the museum. The museum contains Rock Island antiques and artifacts, as well as general railroad items. It also displays a Route 66 exhibit.
Caboose UP #25865 is on display just north of the museum.
Admission to the museum is free and it is open by appointment only. To arrange a visit, call 405-354-5079. Donations are appreciated.
