We can to find a remnants of the castle Jencová in central parts of Bohemia. We don't know when and by whom it was founded. The castle is also sometimes named as Jincov or Jenicov.
It was probably one of the smallest castle in Bohemia. It was one of the hunting castle of King Wenceslas I. It comes about from 13th century. The castle Jencov was built east of castle Krivoklát (

It was a small castle. The remnants of stone walls have two parts: a rectangular building and the square tower, built above and separate from the living quarters. This building is entered through the first floor of a wooden bridge. Yet well-preserved stone walls have traces of flat ceilings. The ground floor of living quarters are still visible two rooms, one of which is still in the side wall of the arched window. The entire building a castle was about 17 meters long and 9 meters wide.
When and why Castle Jencová was abandoned is unknown.
