The Charles Clary Waters house was built in 1906. The house was designed by an unknown architect in a Classical Revival style. The house four dominate pillars in the front along with a balcony on the front facade. The wood-frame building has clapboard siding. The house was built for Charles Clary Waters a Harvard educated attorney. The house appears to be in reasonably good shape though is in need of some cosmetic maintenance soon.
