Not your typical location, but I spotted it none the less. A lot of building construction going on in the area between the Freeway and the river.
I would imagine the Garden Clubs will be re-landscaping soon.

Also at it's base is a VFW memorial from Parkdale Post #6987 and Parkdale Auxiliary Hood River Valley Post #1479 Hood River Auxiliary.
