This bicycle rack is on the west side of Broadway in Downtown Edmond. It is just off the street, south of Randel Shadid's office. On the south of the rack is a sculpture called Vertigoat.
There are many retail stores and services in Downtown Edmond, and the bike racks are most likely placed here for the benefit of the students who ride here from the University of Central Oklahoma.
East of the racks is Citizen's Bank, and northeast is one of Edmond's largest post offices.
