The East Battery Trail leads from the Crissy Field Warming Hut Area up to the Golden Gate Bridge road level. This 154 step climb is made of railroad tie steps and has a wire railing threaded through piling posts. The views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Crissy field pier are beautiful.
