This award winning pedestrians bridge crosses the border between Germany and France less than 200 meters from the Swiss border, that's why it is called "Three Countries Bridge".

The bridge was built in 2007 and has won various international architecture awards. There are no customs offices or welcome signs, only a plaque at the center of the bridge where the exact location of the border is.
