This Memorial is near the gravesite of Buffalo Bill and his wife in Golden, Colorado...and could be mistakened for a gravesite itself since the small plaque is on a rock in a somewhat circular area. However, in response to an inquiry, the Museum indicated that the site is a Memorial and that Baker is buried in Rochester, NY.
The plaque here reads:
"IN MEMORY OF
JOHNNY BAKER
FOSTER SON
OF
BUFFALO BILL"
Baker was responsible for erecting the Buffalo Bill Museum here. Read about it at (visit link)
