The homeowner built this house for his children, on top of an old cottonwood tree. He used mostly discarded lumber from a local sawmill. The porch that wraps around it allows the children a better view than just looking out a window. There is no electricity or plumbing - it resides in a cow pasture 300 feet from the main residence, alongside an intermittent creek. It was built in 2009.
