Two Chinese lions sit with their mouths open. The southern lion has six upper teeth and is sticking his tongue out slightly. His proper right, front paw rests on a circular object. The northern lion has a ball-like object in its mouth. His proper left, front paw rests on a circular object. These Two Chinese Lions were dedicated in 1979 and the artist who created these beautiful sculptures is unknown. The dimensions are each approximately 41 x 25 x 30 in. This is a beautiful addition to the Chinese gardens that we hope you will enjoy while visiting the gardens.
