I am not sure why one would build a tot lot / playground completely surrounded by roads and not fenced. This play area is designed for 2 to 5 year olds, please supervise your children closely.
WestHills Towne Centre is in west Calgary's Signal Hill district. It is strategically located at the intersection of Sarcee Trail and Richmond Road SW.
