Historie Masnych kramu saha az do pocatku 14. stoleti. To byly umisteny primo na namesti. Pozdeji roku 1554 byla pro ne postavena soucasna budova. Kdysi to byla vlastne budova s jednotlivymi kramky rezniku (v podstate se da rict, ze to bylo dnesni nakupni centrum s jednotlivymi obchudky :)), kde se prodavalo maso - odtud take nazev Masne kramy. Pozdeji zde byla vybudovana take restaurace, ktera slouzi dodnes a v soucasne dobe je to restaurant Budejovickeho Budvaru.

History of Masne kramy (Meat Shops) started in the beginning of the 14th century. In that tame Masne kramy was situated on the square of Premysl Otakar II in wooden building. In 1554 was built new stone building nearby square. Originally Meat Shops was building with many stalls, where each butcher was selling his meat. We can say it was the first shopping mall :). Later inside building arose also restaurant and for now it is company pub of originall Budweiser Beer.
