This Tower is located on the outskirts of Medford on highway 81 in Medford, Kay County, Oklahoma.

The town of Medford has a population of around 1,800 and is a small farming town located in North Central, Oklahoma

The emblem of the Cardinal on the water tower is the school mascot.
