Karen's Cafe on Historic Lower 25th Street in Ogden has great food at reasonable prices all day long. Great things for the kids also.

Karen's menu is fairly typical for your average family diner. Prices are in line with Denny's, IHOP, etc. but with a better menu. Just about everything except steaks or salmon is under $10.00. I found the BBQ Beef Sandwich to be excellent and I loved the Onion Rings.
