Sculptor Jeff Juhlin has created a nice wall in Westminister Park. This is a retaining wall made of concrete. Approximate dimensions are 42 x 240 x 5.5 in. There are ten vertical, concrete slabs stand side-by-side creating a wall. Children's hand prints are impressed on the outer side of the wall.
