The bridge stretches the Guadalupe Creek over Virgina St. The side of the bridge are decorated with bas relief panels or fauna.

One of the panels are some birds perches on a branch. Another panel shows fish under water. Some are swimming. You can see bubbles of air. Another show cranes in a marsh setting. Some of the cranes are stand and some are flying.
