Bronze statue of President Cleveland stating. He is wearing a jacket, trousers, and overcoat in the style of his era. His left hand is resting on a draped pedestal. The statue was unveiled the same time as the Millard Fillmore statue which is located at the opposite corner of City Hall.
The base for the statue is inscribed:
