“Dreamer” is a 5’ tall fiberglass portrayal of Seaman, Meriwether Lewis’ Newfoundland that accompanied the party on their exploration over a century ago. The statue was done by Tyler Clarey and sponsored by the Art Center Association. “You see things and ask why? But I dream things that never were and ask why not?” George B. Shaw. Dreamer is located at 3rd and Nebraska Streets Street.
