[DEU] Der Fischer von Adolf Brütt war auf zwei Weltausstellungen zu sehen, 1893 in Chicago und 1904 in St. Louis. Erworben von der Berliner Nationalgalerie steht sie heute als Leihgabe auf den Flensburger Museumsberg.
Adolf Brütt (1855-1939), in Husum geboren als Sohn eines Miniaturmalers. Ausbildung bei dem Kieler Steinbildhauer A. Müllenhoff und an der Berliner Kunstakademie.

[ENG] The fisherman by Adolf Brütt was exhibited in two World Exhibitions, 1893 in Chicago and 1904 in St. Louis. Acquired from the Berlin National Gallery it is now standing as a loan at the museum hill in Flensburg.
Brütt Adolf (1855-1939) was born in Husum as the son of a miniature painter. Educated by the the Kiel sculptor A. Müllenhoff and at the Berlin Art Academy.
