A really nice waterfall close to home. Right along the Susquehanna River with near Montgomery, PA

I leaned about this some time ago and the first time I went to see it (summer2010), there was no water flowing. It's one of those falls you have to visit after a good heavy rain and hope for the best. Except in the early spring during the snow melt. Unless the river floods then.
It appear as if there might be two streams feeding at the top and into a pool then to form one falls. The access road is along the river just across the bridge from Montgomery where there are several river lot camp sites. The road sometime floods in the spring. In the summer the is a camper a the base of the falls. A nice hike would would be to follow the stream above to the top of the falls
