Long Description:
While riding my bicycle around the IBM Almaden Research Lab in San Jose, California, I noticed this mysterious solar-power box located at ground level. The box had two large photo-voltaic cells mounted on it, one on the top and one on the south side. On the back of the box, I found a frayed and worn sign that reads:
