Long Description:
Located in Seattle's Westlake Park, this sculpture starts with two plates- one of which reads:

"THE DEADLY SCULPTURES
THE CALMNESS OF THE WESTLAKE PARK IS
BROKEN BY THE FAR OFF SOUND OF AN EARTHQUAKE.

BY SOME FREAK CHANCE THE MOLECULAR STRUCTURE
OF THE STONE SURROUNDING WESTLAKE PARK IS ALTERED!"
The plate has a depiction of cracking earth and the word "RUMBKE" and also three mutated humans.

The second plate reads:

"THE CHANGE MAKES HORRIBLE MONSTERS
OUT OF THE SCULPTURES THAT THREATEN
TO EAT ANY CHILDREN IN THE DARK VICINITY.
YOU MUST FIND THE MAGICAL POWER SQUARE TO
GAIN THE POWER TO STOP THE SCULPTURES AND
SAVE SEATTLE. IT IS SOMEWHERE NEAR HERE.
HURRY, YOU ARE THE LAST HOPE FOR SEATTLE."
In the middle of the text is a depiction of a mutated sculpture with a thought balloon picturing the sculpture about to devour a child.

Then, nearby are several dozen similar plates in the pavement depicting Seattle landmarks with questions posed.

SPOILER ALERT: The answer is revealed below.
Near the waterwall fountain (See WM4286), two more plates are found which read:

"SEATTLE SUPER HERO

ONE DAY A BOY WAS
WALKING PAST THE WATERWALL
WHEN...

A HUGE SEACREATURE
GRABBED HIM!
PLEASE HELP SAVE THE BOY
BY RUNNING THROUGH
THE WATERWALL AND
SAYING THESE MAGIC WORDS
"I AM A SEATTLE SUPER HERO"
