This benchmark disk is very easy to find, as a matter of fact you can see it from the street. Excert from USGS file on the benchmark:
DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1953 IN OGDEN. AT OGDEN, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 24TH. STREET AND GRANT AVENUE, AT THE POST OFFICE, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTH GRANITE FOUNDATION WALL, 0.9 FOOT EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, AND 1.7 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
Its easier if you park on the south side of the building on the edge of the street, the benchmark is located on the south west corner of the building facing the street about 1.5 feet from the ground behind a little bush.
