The church St. Johannes is older than it looks, it was built in 1936 in Bauhaus style. The free standing bell tower is open on three sides and holds five bells.
The bells usually ring on Sundays at 9:50. It is noteworthy that the ringing is synchronized with the ringing of St. Anton church 200 meters South, but St. Johannes rings a little bit longer.
