NJGS 15 U 3 2000, NJ, is a New Jersey Geodetic Survey (NJGS) survey disk located along the northwest side of Long Beach Blvd in Loveladies (Township of Long Beach), Ocean County, NJ. The disk is set in the top of a round concrete monument and is flush with the surface in the lawn of the Long Beach Island Foundation for the Arts and Sciences. It is 95.6 feet northeast of the extended centerline of East Coast Avenue, 54.1 feet north-northeast of wood utility pole number P34226 BT 63 LB, 53.1 feet southwest from wood utility pole number BT 64, and 3.6 feet northwest from the northwest edge of pavement of Long Beach Blvd. It is also across Long Beach Blvd from the former Loveladies Coast Guard station building (PID = JU2666), now a private residence painted deep blue. The disk was monumented by the New Jersey Geodetic Survey in 2000, and is stamped 15 U 3 2000. It is in the National Geodetic Survey database at PID = AM6918 (visit link) . To reach from the Garden State Parkway, take Exit 63 to State Highway 72 eastbound. Go east on State Highway 72 for about 7.7 miles to the intersection with Long Beach Blvd. Turn left and go northeast on Long Beach Blvd for about 6.3 miles to East Coast Avenue leading southeast on the right, and the Arts and Sciences foundation and the station on the left.
