USCGS HARVEY CEDARS RM3 1932, NJ, is a US Coast and Geodetic Survey (USCGS) reference mark disk located on the grounds of the Long Beach Fishing Club (formerly, the Harvey cedars Coast Guard Station) on the southeast side of Long Beach Blvd in the Borough of Harvey Cedars, Ocean County, NJ. The disk is 107.0 feet west-northwest from station HARVEY CEDARS, 93.5 feet southeast from the southeast edge of paving of Long Beach Blvd, 85.3 feet northwest from station HARVEY CEDARS RM5, 30.2 feet northwest of the northwest corner of the clubhouse, about four feet south-southeast of a sign with beach rules (“Attention Beachgoers”), 2.3 feet southwest of a pipe-rail fence, and 1.3 feet below the surface of the ground (soft sand – easy digging). The disk was monumented by the USCGS in 1932, and was documented for inclusion in the NGS database by the New Jersey Geodetic Survey in 2001. It is stamped HARVEY CEDARS NO 3 1932. visit link) . To reach from the Garden State Parkway, take Exit 63 to State Highway 72 eastbound. Go east on State Highway 72 for about 7.7 miles to the intersection with Long Beach Blvd. Turn left and go northeast on Long Beach Blvd for about 3.15 miles to the intersection with Cape may Avenue. Turn right and go southeast on Cape May Avenue for about 90 feet to the station on the right.
