The station is a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, located in Milford, NH. It is set in the northeast wall of a red brick building on the property of Fred Fuller Oil Company, formerly occupied by the Draper Fuel Company, on Nashua Street (NH Route 101-A). The NGS description for this station:

TO REACH FROM THE TOWN HALL AT MILFORD -- PROCEED 0.85 MILE SOUTHEASTERLY ON STATE HIGHWAY 101-A TO THE SITE OF BENCH MARK. BENCH MARK IS SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE (FRED FULLER OIL) BULK PLANT. IT IS 46.0 FEET SOUTHWEST OF AND ABOUT 3.5 FEET ABOVE THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY, AND 2.6 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.

The station is easy to locate, but has restricted access, as it is a gated facility, and private property. I was able to access the mark during a regular business day when the gates were open, and I could get the okay from the office to get photos and coordinates.
