Anna Jean Cummings Park in Soquel, California, has a couple of playgrounds next to each other on the lower level.

Normally these are nice modern play structures for kids to enjoy. The day that I visited this park, it had been raining heavily in California and the normally sandy playgrounds were water-filled swimming pools. Surprisingly, this was not stopping kid from wading through knee-deep water to play in these playgrounds. Even the long wavy slide had turned into a seeming water-themed park slide as people slid down the slide into the waiting pool of water.
