This monument is located inside the Indiana State Police Post at 8620 E. 21st St., Indianapolis, IN. You need to go inside the post and at the front desk (per hours listed below) ask to be taken to the memorial. It isn't a memorial for casual visitors, I will say that. But if you have loved ones in Law Enforcement you will appreciate the experience and reverence that this monument brings.
"The Remembrance Walk, leads visitors to three black granite tablets and an eternal flame. Inscribed on the tablets are the names of Indiana State Police personnel killed in the line of duty. The sound of Taps echoes every hour from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm through a grove of trees, which surround the memorial site. "
