The Jacques Art Center is located in downtown Aitkin MN. The art center is located in an old Carnegie Library building under the watertower. Admission is always free.
The Art Center's main focus is to publicly present the arts including that of Francis Lee and Florence Page Jaques. In addition to their focus they offer educational workshops, lessons, exhibits and more. They have a gallery gift store, and a library. Exhibits change about every 5 or 6 weeks and membership in the art center is available. A great little art center in mid central Minnesota.
