Rozhodcí soud byl založen v r. 1949 a pusobil v té dobe pri Ceskoslovenské obchodní komore. Pozdeji v r. 1980 byl jeho název zmenen na Rozhodcí soud pri Ceskoslovenské obchodní a prumyslové komore a s úcinností od 1.1. 1995 došlo ke zmene názvu na Rozhodcí soud pri Hospodárské komore Ceské republiky a Agrární komore Ceské republiky.

The Arbitration Court was founded in 1949 and was operating attached to the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce. In 1980, its name was changed to the Arbitration Court attached to the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, finally on 1 January 1995, the court assumed its current name, i.e. the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
