This statue is on the front lawn of Liberty Tax Service. It stands on a trapezoidal prism base. The statue is about 7 feet high, ten with the base. The book of course has the inscription July IV MDCCLXXVI. The statue overlooks historic Route 30. When I visited, there was some dude dressed up like the Statue of Liberty soliciting business from passerbys.
