This fitness loop is brought to you by Gameline and is called Parcourse FitCircuit. The Parcourse FitCircuit is a series of 15 exercise events occurring at eight separate stations (some doubling up) located along a jogging and walking path. Follow the path to each station and perform the exercises specified until you reach the FINISH sign at the end. There is a warm-up consisting of stretching and simple exercises, then of course demanding exercises, followed by a cool-down period.

Each station has exercise apparatus designed to accommodate people of all sizes. As you approach each fitness station, you will find an instructional sign which fully describes and illustrates the specified exercises at that station.

The park is absolutely huge! The parking area can accommodate countless vehicles for the many ball fields on premises. There are also benches, a pavilion, a gazebo, walking path and a fitness loop.
