The Warsaw YMCA came to life in 1999 by the generous gift of 5.6 million dollars by area natives and brothers Bud and Don Humphrey. The Wyoming County YMCA was opened in July of 2002. This 35,000 square foot building houses a gymnasium with rock climbing wall, wellness center, indoor track, pool with steam room and hydrotherapy tank, multi-purpose room, and an Indoor kids soft play area. Other amenities include an outside Jungle Gym, outdoor covered play area, a preschool and primetime center and the Warsaw satellite campus of Genesee Community College.
