This appears to be an old service station and car and tractor dealership.
Old Service Station / Dodge Plymouth Allis-Chalmers Dealership located on the National Road between Kingdom City and Columbia Missouri. This likes a great place to stop and take pictures of your classic Mopar. From the looks of It may have served as a service station also. I was unsuccessful at finding any details about this locations history but working on it.
