Presumably, there is a survey marker under the cover, although we have not been able to look.

Visit Instructions:

Unless otherwise noted, we require one photo to prove that you visited a Disneyland benchmark waymark. Many of the marks are identical, so please submit a location photo rather than a closeup. It needs to clearly show the marker with enough surrounding area that we can tell which part of the park, hotel, etc. you were in.

If the benchmark is difficult to see in the photo, please use a simple photo-editing program to add a circle or arrow for the mark's location.
