Wasser, das Gold des neuen Jahrtausends, ist im Zammer Lochputz in all seinen Facetten erlebbar. Von einem der ältesten Kraftwerke Tirols führen Steige und Stollen hinein in das Naturjuwel Lötzklamm.
Oberhalb des 30m hohen Wasserfalls befindet sich eine wilde Naturschönheit. Auf dem Weg gibt es von einer imposanten Wasserfontäne über mächtige Turbinen bis zur beeindruckenden Multimedia-Show vieles zu entdecken.
ZAHLEN UND FAKTEN
Der Lötzbach:
Das Wasser des Lötzbaches – im Volksmund auch Lochbach genannt – stammt aus einem ca. 26 qkm großen Einzugsgebiet in den Lechtaler Alpen und wird auch von zahlreichen kristallklaren Quellen im Almengebiet des hinteren Zammer Lochs gespeist.
Lötzer-Wasserfall:
Höhe: ca. 30m
Wassermenge pro Sekunde: 1.000 – 2.000 Liter je nach Jahreszeit davon werden bis zu 550 Liter pro Sekunde von einem Wasserkraftwerk zur Stromerzeugung genutzt.
Kraftwerk Zams - Schaukraftwerk:
Stammt aus der Gründerzeit der Wasserkraft in Tirol und ist damit eines der ältesten Wasserkraftwerke im ganzen Land. Durch den Wasser-Erlebnissteig kann der gesamte “Triebwasserweg” des Wasserkraftwerkes besichtigt werden und man kann nachvollziehen, wie mechanische in elektrische Energie umgewandelt wird. Dadurch wird das Nebeneinander eines der imposantesten wilden Wasser Tirols und dessen historisch gewachsene Nutzung hautnah erlebbar.

The Lötzbach:
The water of the Lötzbaches - popularly called hole Bach - comes from an approximately 26 square km catchment area in the Lechtal Alps and is fed by many crystal clear springs in the alpine area of the rear Zammer hole.

Amount of water per second: 1.000 - 2.000 liters, depending on the season including up to 550 liters per second from a hydroelectric power plant will be used to generate electricity.
Kraftwerk Zams - show power plant:
Originates from the period of hydropower in Tyrol and is one of the oldest hydropower in the country. Through the water adventure trail, the entire "train waterway" of the hydroelectric power plant will be visited and you can understand how mechanical is converted into electrical energy.
