Late Gothic Ctibor's House (Ctiboruv dum) is one of several beautiful and historically valuable medieval burgher houses located in the central public space of town Tábor - Zizkovo námestí (Zizka Square).
The house of N° 6 on Zizka Square was built by Tabor's burgher Ondrej Cáslavský around year 1532. House is valuable late Gothic structure with Renaissance elements. High gable is decorated by tracery with flamboyant motif typical for the end of Gothic art in architecture.
Also the portal is nice example of Gothic art. On the other hand, illusive facade decoration, imitating stonemason's window decoration, is example of Renaissance art. In the interior are preserved valuable painted Renaissance timber ceilings.
