The Ebenezer Church was established in 1865 in Stafford, Virginia. The original church was a brick building built on donated land. The Ebenezer United Methodist Church worshipped at this location for 135 years before moving to a new location in 1991. This site is now occupied by the Stafford Emmanuel Korean Baptist Church, but the little red brick church and its churchyard still remain.

The Ebenezer Cemetery is directly across from the church. Its name is wrought in the entry iron gates between two brick pillars and walls. On the sidewalls of the entrance are plaques with the names of those who donated the gates in memory of family and friends who are buried here.

The burials range from the 1800s to current times. Within the gates is a small sheltered display with a diagram of those buried here.

One of the oldest headstones was broken and has been reinforced with angle irons. It stands upright in front of the base it originally stood on. (See gallery.) The inscription reads:

H. E. OLIVIA
