O Grupo de Delães com o numero 89 do Corpo Nacional de Escutas (Uma das duas grandes associações nacionais de escuteiros), foi fundado em 1948 e celebrou os 50 anos em 1998 e decidiu colocar este monumento para celebra a ocasião.

[ENG]Monument located in the Parish of Delães, Along the road is placed on the main avenue of Delães in a grassy area set aside for the monument.
The Group of Delães with the number 89 of the Corpo Nacional de Escutas(One of the two major national associations of Scouts), was founded in 1948 and celebrated 50 years in 1998 and decided to put this monument to celebrate the occasion.
