This is a big anchor at Riverside Park. There is no plaque or anything stating any history of it. It's really close to the Tennessee River so that's probably a good spot for it! Riverside Park has restrooms, a picnic shelter (seats 40), fishing piers, boat launch, boat dock, and BBQ grills. For more info on the park
