Divadlo sidli v dome, ktery drive byval kostelni klasterem (1659) Frantiskanu z Irska (latinsky Irsko = Hybernia, odtud tedy dnesni nazev). Po zruseni radu 1785 zde chvili vystupovalo divadlo Bouda, pote od 1803 - 1811 bylo prestaveno na celnici pred Prasnou branou. Koncem 20.stoleti byvaly kostel slouzil jako vystavni sin. V letech 2005-2006 byl zatim finalne premenen na muzikalovou scenu Divadla Hybernia.

Theatre resides in house At Hybernians. It was originally (1659) churh with monastery built by Franciscan Order from Ireland (in Latin Ireland = Hybernia, from here is the name). After abolishment of Franciscan Order and the church was place used by theatre Bouda. In 1811 place was turned to customs by in front of nearby town gate. At the second half of 20th century here was shrowroom. In 2005-2006 was inside space rebuilt to musical stage of Theatre Hibernia.
