Originally opened in 1980 as Tri-Town Ambulance Services, this station served customers in Vanderbilt, Dickerson Run, Dawson and the surrounding area. In 1997, Tri-Town merged with Connellsville Ambulance Service, becoming Fayette EMS. Since then, Fayette has grown its operation to seven stations and over 125 employees. In 2008, there was an addition and renovation storing some of the agency's veichles they could not store elsewhere.
