A simple plaque memorial in Hillcrest Park.

The plaque is located by the entrance to the park. It's on a gravel strip by the large gazebo. It sits in front of a flagpole. The memorial was moved here from its previous location in an isolated area of the park. Because of constant vandalism to the memorial it was moved to its current location.
"Korean War Memorial - 1950-1953. We remmeber and honor those who served in our Armed Forces during the Korean War. 'All gave some, some gave all' Let us not forget that freedom is not free.
In memory of the Korean War Veterans "You will never be forgotten." - Donated by Charlie Company 1st BN - 1st Marines. Ist Marines Division. "
