The building’s cornerstone is located at the right front corner of the building. This three story brick building was built by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks as their lodge building in 1929. Today the building is occupied by the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Elks have move to a new building at 1015 N Kimball Ave.
