Monument to the Jewish citizens of Dvur Kralove nad Labem, who died in the II. World War II. The memorial is in place in a synagogue that was left after the end the Jewish community and was torn down in 1966.

The memorial is in the small park at the intersection of 17. listopadu Street and Roosevelt Street, on the place of destroyed synagogue, in Dvur Králové nad Labem, East Bohemia, Czech republic, Europe.
The Jewish community in Dvur Kralove nad Labem is recorded from the mid-19th century. The largest was in the early 20th century, when there were 332 Jews (in 1910). The synagogue, which stood at the intersection of today 17th November Street and Roosevelt Street, was built in 1890. Was used till the World War II, when it was in ruins and in 1966 was demolished. In its place is a small park, in which is the Holocaust memorial in the shape of the Star of David.
Although the memorial is on a very lively place, I think that many bussy passers-by not noticing it at all and have no idea why the monument stands on the site on which it stands.
Židovská komunita ve Dvore Králové nad Labem je doložena od poloviny 19. století. Nejvetší byla na pocátku 20. století, kdy zde žilo 332 židu (v r. 1910). Synagoga, která stávala na križovatce dnešní ulice 17. Listopadu a Rooseveltovy, byla postavena v roce 1890. Užívána byla do II. svetové války, poté pustla a v roce 1966 byla zborena. Na jejím míste je malý park, ve kterém je památník obetí holocaustu ve tvaru Davidovy hvezdy.
