The memorial by J. V. Dušek is a sandstone statue of a mourning woman above a relief of a fallen soldier in the memorial base, and a dedication "To Our Fallen Ones 1914-1918". At the left side there is a plaque with list of names but it is mostly illegible now - only two names at the top, Frýdl Fr(antišek) and Háva Václ(av), can be read.

At the base there is attached a marble plaque to Otakar Háva, veteran of Czechoslovak Legions, who died in May 1945 uprising. The plaque was donated by his fellow legionaries from the Infantry Regiment.
