This trio of colorful sailboats appear to be catching the breeze over Spirit Lake from their place high up on the water tower. The sailing theme is in keeping with the lake interests of the Iowa Great Lakes region and recalls the sailing regattas so popular on Big Okoboji Lake during the summer months. The water tower rises above the Senior Citizen Center on 2100 Zenith Drive.
