Christened by the name that Portuguese navigators gave to a part of the archipelago of Madeira which, at the time of its discovery, was inhabited by many pinnipeds, on display are 4 species of pinnipeds (seals, sea lions and eared seals).
The overhead and underwater views allow all the activities of these specimens to be followed.»
